Duration of stay: minimum stay 3 days. Prices are including water, electricity and linen. The cost of final cleaning and any optional costs are not included.
4 weeks rate: Here is a special rate for a stay of 4 weeks and in the months of april through october. Long stay tariff: Prices per week at a rental period from 4 weeks and only in the months of november through March.
Deposit: The deposit will be refunded within 8 days after departure, provided that the accommodation is not clean ( like tableware in the cupboard, no left about household waste, clean barbecue and oven etc. ) or left with damage and/or loss of the inventory. The costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Dates of arrival and departure
Key handover: The key transfer is possible at any day of the week. Arrival on the 1st day between 14.00 and 20.00 hours. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hours. Other times are possible in consultation with the keyholder.
Upon your arrival and during your stay the keyholder can provide you with various services to make things as easy as possible during your holiday. They welcome you and do the key transfer with you personally and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. Also they are the point of contact during your stay.
SPECIAL RATES for long term stay during the winter. For only € 300,- per week, including costs of energy, linen, SAT TV and WiFi.

The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energie, unless more than 80 Kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the muliple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per Kwh. Keyholding will give you a explanation on site.
