Described below is a list, by way of illustration but not exhaustive, of the materials to be used in the construction:

Walls: we have used a structure of steel plates for the room separations, to which they fixed a 15 mm thick plaster board on each side, which incorporates an isolation of Rockwool. By doing so we have been able to achieve a thermal and acoustic isolation that is better than the traditional walls.
By installing this particular system the walls are completely plain and even, which allows any kind of wall decoration.

Windows: The windows are made of PVC with double glazing and an interior dehydrated chamber. From the outside, the windows are upholstered with aluminum and the blinds have acoustic and thermal isolation, with an automatic motorized closing system in order to obtain the best security and to simplify its use.The openings system of some windows is by means of a parallel system and others open with an oscillating mechanism. In both cases, the above mentioned systems guarantee that the windows are water resistant.

Interior finishes: The customer can choose the flooring of the residence fromamongst various models of parquet or ceramic floor tiles.The staircase will be in ceramic material matching the model selected for therest of the residence and the steps will be stoneware slabs. The stairwaybannister will be of stainless steel and glass.The terrace will have decking of Ipe wood or similar.

Wall coverings will also vary according to individual room.Other walls in the residence painted in the colour chosen by the customer.

Avant‐garde Kitchen: There are a set of fittings to be decided on according tomodels presented.The walls will be tiled up to the ceiling, using porcelain material which willalso be used for the kitchen floor.In regards to the furniture, we have selected for a coloured varnished model,with a decorative stainless steel extractor hood. The Kitchen includes all thehousehold appliances with an economic and intelligent mode: the oven, theelectric cooking plate, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer and all ofthem are SIEMENS brand or similar.Kitchen worktops in Silestone in a light colour matching the model of kitchenunit doors chosen, the twin sinks in stainless steel and the taps are ROCAbrand. The customer can choose from amongst various models.

Interior woodwork: The customer can choose the interior doors of theresidence from the various models shown. Whether these doors are hinged orsliding depends on the spaces. In some cases sliding wooden panels will beused, glazed or unglazed. Wardrobe doors will match interior doors.Wardrobes are fully lined and have drawers and hanging rails and thebedroom wardrobes may have trouser‐hanging devices, depending on layout.

The main entrance door to the residence is of the reinforced variety, the same general model used across the development as a whole.

Bathrooms: Wall coverings according to interior design study carried out and various models available for customer to choose from, either natural stone or ceramic material. The bathroom fixtures are ROCA brand and wall‐mounted. Taps are also ROCA with thermostatic tap system for shower. All the bathrooms have washbasins mounted in a unit or with a surround; the customer can choose from amongst the models available. All bathrooms are fitted with glass shower enclosures.

Terrace: The terrace features a water‐curtain fountain in natural stone. Low‐level wall‐mounted lighting system. Tap fitting for hosepipe. The terrace also has an electrically operated awning system.

Telecommunications equipment: Fully installed electrical system with LEGRAND Galera series equipment. Shared TV aerial and digital satellite dish. Alarm system with presence sensors installed. Centralized system for opening and closing blinds.

Dual climate control: the ideal temperature throughout the entire year For the climate control of the house two compatible systems will be used: Hot and cold air conditioning units by means of an “air zone” system and though pipes. Whether this will be on the cold days of winter or on the hot days of the summer; the air conditioning unit will automatically check and control the permanent temperature in the different rooms so that its occupants can create their private space of well‐being. Central heating system, the customer chooses preferred power source: oil‐fired boiler or combined electricity and solar power.

A telephone remote control system for heating and air‐conditioning is included.
