The Villa is built in a modern Mediterranean style.

A distinctive element of this villa is the use of stone as a means of decoration- a traditional material in the Mediterranean. The project of this Villa is a balance between modern style and traditional exterior and interior design.

CONTEMPORARY MEDITERRANEAN DESIGN

The privilege of living on the Mediterranean coast is accentuated by the contemporary design of the villa. The traditional architectural elements are distinctly Mediterranean with special attention and care paid to the orientation, the elements that protect from the sun, such as slats, the white colours chosen for the materials, the terraces facing north and south and the relationship between indoors and outdoors. The façade has large, light overhangs that configure the spaces and transform the central part of the house into a traditional Mediterranean patio and create spaces filled with shade and light in front of the home.

The stonework and local vegetation are also key aspects of the project, reducing the building’s climate footprint.

On the ground floor: entrance-reception area, lounge, dining room, kitchen, office or child’s play area and guest bathroom.

On the first floor: a living room, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in each and in the main room, the bathroom has a terrace.

In the basement: apart from a bedroom and independent service area, the project contemplates an indoor swimming pool, a gym, changing rooms, cellar and cinema. There is also an installations zone.

Denia is the capital of Marina Alta, at the foot of the Montgo natural reserve. Denia is located midway between Valencia and Alicante, about an hour's drive from each of these provincial centers. An ancient center with a medieval fortress, narrow medieval streets, a fishing quarter. A picturesque embankment, a yacht club, magnificent views of the sea and the mountain range adjacent to the city.

Schools, institute, clinics, shopping center and the entire city infrastructure. Sandy beaches approximately 12 km long, pebble beaches, and a rocky coast. To the north of the city center stretch for many kilometers the sandy beaches of Les Marines, Les Bovetes, Les Deveses y L 'Almadrava.
