The house is ideal for vacations and comfortable living, especially for families with children. As personal experience shows, children are fond of the pool. The air here is filled with flavor of cedar forest and with the sound of singing birds. Squirrels are often seen here on trees. On the adjacent lawn with a swimming pool, there are cozy places where you can sunbathe on a sun lounger or sit reading a book in the shade of tall trees, taking a cup of coffee.
The surrounding area of Platja d'Aro is a great place for outdoor activities. There are stunningly beautiful landscapes for golf, cycling, flat and mountain trekking, rock climbing. Picturesque and cozy beaches, rural landscapes, medieval architecture and coniferous, deciduous, cork forests. And the real big mountains are 1.5-2 hours away.
About the house. Two-storey townhouse in a quiet forest area, near a forest meadow with a swimming pool. The beach is in 5 minutes walk from the house. The sea coast here is with picturesque bays and sandy beaches. City center is in 10 minutes walk from here.
The pool is 15 meters (shared with the condominium), surrounded by a well-groomed lawn. The meadow with the pool looks like a Park with forest trees, is maintained by a gardener and is fenced off from the entrance of strangers.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, toilet, living room with fireplace, a spacious terrace with access to the pool. Two well-maintained plots -- in front of the facade and behind the house, 40 sq.m each. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a balcony-terrace and private bathroom.
A few words about the town. Platja de Aro is a small, stylish resort with everything you need to live and to have great vacations. These are supermarkets, delicatessen stores, a huge selection of restaurants -- from fine cuisine to McDonalds, and just cozy cafes on the sand by the sea. The city has expensive stores like Prada, D&G, Tous and inexpensive brands such as Massimo Dutti or Mango, luxury Spa, as well as many picturesque bays where you can swim, snorkel or have a night picnic. There are even Leroy Merlin and Decathlon stores here. For a family vacation -- a water Park and amusement Park.
Platja d'aro is also a very convenient starting point for visiting cultural, historical and natural places of interest in Costa Brava, which are very famous and diverse .
