Description

The Hotel Casa Mas Gran is an authentic Catalan farmhouse built in 1612 with the ruins of an old castle and completely renovated in a beautiful luxury hotel located within an urbanization that as its name indicates Vall Repòs. It gives place to rest or to practice playful activities in an enviable environment. Within a protected space within the Serra de les Gavarres.
The Hotel Casa Mas Gran has a constructed area of approximately 1,000 m2 and can be extended by 20%. It has:
* 8 Luxury suites, personalized and with views.
* 5 Rooms in the area - level of the rooms including the reception room, family kitchen, breakfast area and reading area with rustic fireplace.
* 3 large halls on the lower level, are now open space. With the current facilities it is possible to use it for a large SPA, shower area, meeting room, wine cellar, playground, etc.It is also possible in this area to place 4 more suites rooms.
* Also on the lower level, there are 2 complete toilets (man-woman) decorated as the dungeons of a castle.
The whole building has a great night lighting, it is also equipped with anti-insect system, air conditioning with heating and independent air conditioning in all rooms and rooms, satellite connection and flat tv screens.
The complex has a land of 22 hectares ( 220,000 m2) and has:
* Hot springs at 35 ºC temperature but the wells have not been exploited to extract it, being able to make its own natural spa.
* 2 own water wells in use, currently for the pool and for automatic irrigation.
* 1 decorative well (it is real).
* It has a ground at the top where there is possibility to install a helicopter airstrip.
* Sports facilities with 2 tennis courts, soccer field, soccer field, semi Olympic Pool, 2 paintball tracks and extensive areas with trekking or mountain bike paths.
* 2 streams cross the estate.
* Extensive garden areas with lawns and fruit trees, all with automatic irrigation installation connected to the property Wells.
