Description

The main idea in the design of these villas was the idea of combining several separate modules that would be connected externally to give a sense of a common internal and external space.

It had to be an open and functional house with lots of light, two floors, a total area of more than 260m2 with a terrace of 66m2, and a plot of 900m2 with beautiful sea views.

The interior space of the villa is distributed over two floors, on the upper level there is a module with bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom.

The module with a living room includes an entrance hall, a guest toilet.node, dining room and kitchen, which is hidden by necessity behind a movable wall.

Both modules are connected to the infinity pool and terrace.

On the lower floor there is a room of 68m2 that can be used for its intended purpose or serve as a guest studio with a private terrace.

The project also includes a separate technical room, a parking space with a storage room.

Cumbre del Sol, Spain, is located on the very coast of the Mediterranean sea between the cities of Moraira and Javea.

The urbanisation area belongs to the municipality of Poble Nou de Benitachell, whose center is the city of Benitachell.

It offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea.

There are also Golf courses, developed infrastructure, picturesque nature, and a nature reserve that is protected by the state.

The local beaches are perfect for diving enthusiasts, as the water is infinitely clear.
