Tuilla has a school, two bars and a restaurant, Tabacos, an electronics shop, a sports centre with a football stadium, a small shop with groceries, fruit and vegetables and household goods, a pharmacy, a pastry shop, a medical centre, a care home, the banks Liberbank and Sabadell.
From Tuilla there are buses to Sama de Langreo (6.5 km), which run every hour. There are also trains but at the moment they are not running due to railway repairs.
