Torre Pacheco is a municipality in the Autonomous Community of Murcia in south-eastern Spain. Its only high point, the Cabeza Gordo Peak (Huge Head) reaches 312 metres above sea level. The town also boasts a university and a golf course. Torre Pacheco is surrounded by mountains which contribute to its climate. The climate is comfortable and during the summer it is warm but not hot, thanks to the sea breeze. The annual average temperature is 18°C. It rains most often in spring and autumn. Temperatures reach 10C in winter.
