Tarragonese is located in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia. The Tarragona area includes a small sector located on the coast. The Tarragonès coastline is very varied, surrounded by cliffs of low height. The region has long, beautiful beaches separated by various towering cliffs. To the south of Torredembarra lies Mount Montone. The region includes the beaches of Altafulia, winding its way along the Gaia River, and the Tamarit coast, where beaches and cliffs mix: Mt Creueta and Mt Mora, and Mt Mora Bay. Here you can sample local specialities as well as local seafood and Catalan dishes.
