Alboraia is located in the Huerta Norte region. The name of the town of Alboraia comes from the Arabic term 'palace', used as the name of a Muslim manor house. The town is famous for the miraculous healings at Valencia Cathedral. It is a church with three naves, with side chapels and a Baroque interior. Located on the Plaza Constitución, it forms an interesting urban complex. There is also a Holy Week festival and plenty of local food to sample.
