Cancelada is a town belonging to the municipality of Estepona, located in the province of Málaga. The town is surrounded by a large number of golf courses and hotels. The name Cancelada comes from one of the noble titles held by the wife of the Marquis of Duero. Cancelada has emerged as the urban core as a beautiful and white colonial style neighbourhood. The town has many historical monuments worth visiting.
